Interactive Manager/Producer
Position Objectives
- Ensuring leading edge, high quality, reliable interactive media products for Phinney Bischoff Design House clients. Able to manage successful projects that meet bottom line business objectives and consumer needs, on time and on budget.
- Manage the personnel of Interactive Group. Responsible for staff performance, being the leader of the Group. Representing Interactive in the Management Group and with clients, both in a project setting and with new business presentations.
- Work with Manager of Business Development on requests for proposals for interactive projects.
Goals

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, interactive design, production management, or equivalent
- Understanding of current and past web browser capabilities and limitations on multiple platforms

- Exempt. Salary paid twice-monthly, benefits, incentives, automobile mileage.
Work Schedule

Brand Strategist
Position Objectives
- Assure that PBDH is one of the leading providers of brand design services in the Pacific Northwest and is positioned as such.
- To develop and strengthen Phinney/Bischoff Design House's clients' brands though the effective development, management and execution of the brand strategy process.
- To strengthen Phinney/Bischoff Design House's brand.
- To assure the consistent delivery of excellent client services.
Primary Responsibilities
- The continuous development and implementation of the firm's brand strategy discipline.
- Leading the development of clear and effective brand strategies for clients.
- Oversee client engagements through the brand strategy process, in coordination with account managers, including; scheduling, strategy development, presentations, client-development, writing creative briefs.
- Coordinating and collaborating with project partners, including research firms, ad agencies, etc.
- Manage brand strategists and Account Managers/Strategistsincluding training and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters level degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Two or more years experience with Internet-related projects and print production.
- Two or more years experience with qualitative and quantitative market research.
- Strong writing, oral and presentation skills.
- Well-versed in print design and production, Experience Design processes and Web production, and marketing principles and strategies.
- Must think strategically and be results oriented.
- Proficiency with business software applications (word processing, databases, spreadsheets), especially MS Office.
- Self starter.
- Organized.
- Ability to be detail oriented and a "big picture" thinker.

Account Manager/Strategist
Position Objectives
- To ensure timely delivery of quality services to PBDH clients as an efficient and professional account manager.
- To work with the Director of Brand Strategy to strategize/plan marketing positions/systems for clients to aid in their success.
- To increase PBDH revenue by assisting in the development and implementation of the PBDH marketing plan.
- To increase PBDH revenue by assisting with business development efforts.
- To maintain and increase PBDH revenue by striving for a high rate of client retention.
Primary Responsibilities (Account Management)
- Act as primary client liaison and client advocate.
- Represent the client within Phinney/Bischoff Design House.
- Research and understand clients' market and industry issues.
- Maintain one-on-one communication with clients throughout and between projects.
- Responsible for project estimating and overseeing project budgets.
- Maintain project delivery schedule and revise as necessary.
- Write creative briefs and/or conduct kick-off meetings to initiate projects.
- Review work-in-progress and ensure the design follows the clients' graphic standards guidelines (if any) and client expectations.
- Present work-in-progress to client (occasionally with designer and/or principal).
- Oversee quality control.
- Maintain and develop client relationships and actively seek opportunities for additional work with current and past clients.
Primary Responsibilities (Brand Strategist)
- Help the Director of Brand Strategy in conducting interviews, writing surveys, collating data, analyzing results, making recommendations for clients marketing efforts.
- Be a proactive participant with client, looking for better ways to service the account, and help client achieve their goals.
Business Development
- Support the implementation of business development initiatives as directed by the business development coordinating team.
- Research target markets and prospects.
- Manage targeted campaigns.
- Help maintain prospecting database.
- Assist with prospect follow-ups and prospect relationship development as necessary.
- RFPs, RFQs and proposal preparation for current clients, past clients and prospective clients.
- Prepare for, and participate in, sales presentations as needed.
- Participate in networking events during and after business hours as necessary.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of the PBDH Marketing and Business development plan in collaboration with partners, client services director and business development manager.
- Participate in strategic planning process for firm, especially as it relates to business development, client relations and client retention.
- Write, edit and/or proof copy on client projects and PBDH marketing materials as needed.
Supervisory Duties

Education And Skills Required
- Bachelors level degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
- Four or more years' experience in marketing and/or client services
- Four or more years' experience with account and project management
