Halfway through his third and final year of law school, Ed decided against practicing law. Instead, he felt compelled to do "something with computers." To the amazement of his friends and consternation of his family, Ed moved up I-5 from Portland to Seattle shortly after earning his J.D. He managed to convince someone to hire him before the dot-com bubble burst and he's been providing interactive strategy ever since. While having a lot of fun doing great work he also earned his MBA. From the early days with RealNetworks to more recent work with Microsoft and Intel, Ed brings expertise, eloquence and entertainment. And alliteration.
Ed rarely goes outside during the daytime, which gives his skin a natural translucent quality, but at night Ed can often be found singing karaoke. He's rooted for the Portland Trail Blazers for as long as he can remember and still gets sick to his stomach thinking about the Game 7 loss to the Lakers in 2000. An avid reader, Ed recently finished biographies of Cicero and William Henry Harrison. He's now considering starting Metamorphoses so he can call himself an Ovid reader.
He has as many guitars (three) as he does cats, but he has more mandolins (one) than he does ferrets (zero). Is that one fact? Two? Four?
