Being responsive, shifting gears, juggling multiple priorities, being a good listener and knowing how to moderate and facilitate are all things that make Jill an excellent director of client services. With experience on the client side, she’s able to get to the core of what clients need. She also helps PBDH account managers do their best work and sets them up to succeed.
It turns out that Jill is a great chef, who likes to cook to relax. Also relaxing for Jill is the art of crocheting baby items and scarves. As the mom of two great boys, she’s often on the sidelines at the soccer field, cheering them on.
Jill stays in a parked car until the driver has set the emergency brake. Safety first!
