The Donut Runner

This bicycle will remain locked up at the office to be used as quick "public" transportation for those emergency coffee and/or donut runs that need to take place in the small spaces between meetings, before deadlines, etc. This little azure steed has already converted a handful of donut runs from 20 minutes each, to under 5. A little quick math says that I've already saved an hour in less than a week. So much wasted time walking! It reminds once again that the bicycle is truly one of mankind's greatest inventions - a model of efficiency in every way. How many old, 1990s bikes are languishing in garages right now? Dust 'em off, pump up the tires and take em to work - they're great errand runners!
To my housemates: The key is on a chain at my desk. You're welcome to experience the pleasures of a quick donut run yourself, just lock 'her up!

There is only one but VERY important thing we don't have that we'll need...a PBDH helmet. Does anyone have an old helmet they can donate for the cause?
We want to make sure those very smart noggins are protected!!

Ahhh, yes. Promoting responsible bicycling in the community! I'm sure I have an old helmet that I can bring in... in fact, I think I have a blue one to match the bicycle in question.

Nice to see you're taking care of your little breakfast problem. You know if I was still there, I'd use that bike ALL the time...

This crappy little bike has changed my life! QFC or coffee run? Back in 7 minutes flat. And it has also extended the effective lunch errand range radius. Pike Street? No problem. Eastlake? Easy. Downtown? In the bag!
