Open House: Archives

PBDH has recently launched a 5-piece update of BECU's in-branch motion graphics. These short spots are now showing on LCD displays at many of BECU's Northwest credit union locations. For the BECU member or passer by, they are entertaining and informative. Each of the 5 videos features some of BECU's most attractive attributes, from highlighting their involvement in the local community to a quick, bite-sized description of some of their great convenience features for members.

All videos feature images of actual BECU members, taken in or near their homes in the Pacific Northwest. Member photos are prominent in BECU materials because they underscore the cooperative nature of BECU's business model - they are a credit union, owned by the members. I always enjoy peeking into the lives of actual BECU members.

All five from this series do not feature audio, as they are played on a loop in the branches. They are visual only - each about 30 seconds long. All copy and video production was completed in-house here at PBDH - except for the Social Media module, which features actual tweets and Facebook updates posted - unsolicited - by real members.
