Skills of the Rockstar Planner is a series of short videos presented by PSFK exploring the world of exceptional Account Planners, or who we in the design industry call Brand Strategists. One of my favorite thoughts shared in Episode 2: Communicating Ideas come from Domenico Vitale, Founder of People Ideas & Culture where he believes a fantastic skill to have is the "ability to make people feel through simplicity."
