Cochran Advocates a Shift in Power

March 29, 2010

Seattle, WA – March 2010 – Phinney Bischoff Design House (PBDH), a Seattle-based brand design firm, recently completed a video animation and tradeshow booth graphics for Cochran, the most recognized provider of electrical and technological infrastructure design and installation in the Pacific Northwest.

Cochran’s participation and exhibit at the Seatrade Cruise Shipping Show was the ideal forum to promote their one-of-a-kind Shore Power solution—a patent-pending technology that enables ships in port to be powered by electricity, versus diesel fuel—effectively eliminating fuel emissions.

PBDH developed graphics for the Cochran booth that showcases the Shore Power solution, as well as represents Cochran’s entire service offerings. PBDH also developed animated motion graphics to visually demonstrate how the Shore Power solution works. The animation appears on a flat-screen monitor in the booth, and can also be seen on the Cochran site: www.cochraninc.com.
