PBDH Wins Gold Awards for Escala

Phinney Bischoff Design House (PBDH) announced today the winning of several marketing awards for Escala, an elegant 31-story, mixed-use condominium development now under construction in Seattle’s Midtown district. The National Sales and Marketing Council (a division of the National Association of Home Builders) held its 27th annual The Nationals awards ceremony in mid February. With over 1,400 entries submitted this year, The Nationals represents the highest honors in new-home sales and marketing. Escala won three Gold National Awards and eight Silver National Awards, among numerous other Regional Awards. Award categories included:
• Best Graphic Continuity
• Best Brochure for a Community Priced Over $1 Million
• Best Direct Mail
• Best Black & White Advertisement
• Best Color Ad for a Single Project
• Best Special Promotion
• Best Signage
• Best Overall Ad Campaign
• Best Website for a Community
In collaboration with Realogics, PBDH developed the brand positioning, name, logo, Web site (http://www.escalamidtown.com), brochure, advertising campaign and signage for the downtown luxury property. By developing a compelling reason for homebuyers to purchase units in Escala, PBDH elevated the property to stand out in a very crowded competitive market.
