PBDH Wins The Shops at The Bravern Account

Schnitzer West, LLC has selected Phinney Bischoff Design House as the brand design firm of record for The Shops at The Bravern.

The work will entail all marketing initiatives leading up to the grand opening scheduled for September 12, 2009 and includes an advertising campaign, Web site, and ongoing marketing for this European-inspired shopping and dining experience.

The Shops at The Bravern brings together the most prestigious retail brands in a distinctive outdoor setting. Connected by gracious arrival courts and outdoor plazas, the development features 740,000 square feet of Class A office space, more than 300,000 square feet of retail space anchored by Neiman Marcus, world-class restaurants such as Wild Ginger and New York-based Artisanal, and 455 exclusive Signature Residences.

PBDH was selected based on its expertise in the high-end market; its past work in developing The Bravern brand, identity and leasing materials; and the firm’s collaborative approach.
