Phinney Bischoff Lands OliverMcMillan Development Project

Phinney Bischoff Design House (PBDH), a Seattle-based brand design firm, recently acquired the OliverMcMillan Everett Riverfront account.
PBDH is currently working with OliverMcMillan and the City of Everett on a mixed-use development project along Everett’s Snohomish River. PBDH is developing the brand strategy, naming, identity, and marketing collateral for the integrated live/work/play neighborhood. OliverMcMillan plans to incorporate retail, entertainment, hospitality, residential and office space.
Everett will soon be home to this unique mixed-use development, with 1 million square feet of retail and residential space. The development is located along the banks of the Snohomish River, and includes 50 acres of residential space and 50 acres of retail space. The development offers something for everyone, from kayaking to shopping and dining.
